Jiuding Capital Ranks 1st in Zero2IPO Annual Awards List

Zero2IPO assesses and selects the most representative VC/PE investors and institutes, start-up entrepreneurs, and intermediary service providers of 2011 by spending several months to integrate and verify all the annual data of assets under management, investment, fund-raising, returns of divestment and sum up two rounds of candidates and voting results at a large scale.
Jiuding Capital Co., Ltd. ranks 1st in “China’s Top 30 PE Firms 2011” by the comprehensive strengthen of the 1st place, and wins two awards: “China’s Best PE Firm 2011” and “China’s Most Active PE Firm 2011”.
“China VC/PE Investment Annual Awards List” by Zero2IPO has been published for 11 years. This list is noticed and recognized in the industry for its independence, un-prejudice and objectiveness, and as a performance barometer for institutes in the industry becomes an important reference by VC/PE firms’ fund-raising and investment. The list is based on a holistic investigation of investment, management, financing, divestment, etc.. For the list system, factors including assets under management, newly raised capital, number of investment cases, amount of capital invested, number of divestment cases, and level of returns, etc. are selected as important reference indications. And according to the actual developments, the awards list is adjusted annually, so as to maximally reflect the actual situation at present of the development of China Venture Capital & Private Equity investment
The host Zero2IPO hopes to increase the industry’s understanding of the development trend of China Venture Capital & Private Equity investment, as well as strengthen exchange and cooperation between VC/PEs and LPs and companies and creating more successful enterprises.
