JD Capital-invested Beiwang Agro-Pastoral Listed on the NEEQ

On August 20, Liaoning Beiwang Agro-Pastoral Co., Ltd. (Beiwang Agro-Pastoral, 833278, invested by JD Capital) was officially listed on the National Equities and Exchange Quotations (NEEQ).

Liaoning Beiwang Agro-Pastoral Co., Ltd. is a supplier of national fresh pork brands. It provides fresh pork to with the large-sized supermarkets (Carrefour, Wal-Mart, Lotte Mart, RT Mart, Auchan, CR Vanguard, etc.), online supermarkets (tuotuo.com, benlai.com, sfbest.com, etc.), large chain restaurants, canteens of government, enterprises and public institutions in large and middle-sized cities, as well as membership in first-tier cities. Its sales network covers the North China centering Beijing and Tianjing, East China with focus on Shanghai and Jiangsu and Northeast China centering Dalian and Shenyang. In the meantime, Beiwang Agro-Pastoral proactively expands the network to cover the South China with focus on Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and Southwest China with Sichuan and Chongqing at its core.

Currently, Beiwang Agro-Pastoral has set up an operation pattern of a whole industrial chain of green pork production, and a complete industrial layout integrating husbandry, slaughter, processing, cold-chain distribution, and terminal sale. JD Capital became Beiwang Agro-Pastoral’s second largest shareholder in 2014, holding 20% stake before its listing. JD Capital will continue to focus its investment on leading brands and operators of high-efficiency green foods, consumption upgrading and other areas. So far, 32 of JD Capital-invested companies have been listed on the NEEQ.
