The 10th China Venture Capital & Private Equity Annual Forum 2010 was hosted by Zero2IPO Group in Hyatt on the Bund of Shanghai, attracting nearly thousands of people among investment industry. Zero2IPO’s China Venture Capital & Private Equity Ranking List of the year 2010, the focus of the forum, was revealed on 9th December.
Top 10 most representative VC/PE investors, firms, entrepreneurs and agent service suppliers were chosen by Zero2IPO Research Center through integrating and verifying all data of annual management capital, investment, fundraising and exit, after two rounds of nominations and voting. These award winners have gained industrial top honors for their hard work and persistence.
Chinese VC firm Shenzhen Capital Group Co., Ltd. was ranked first among Top 50 Venture Capital Firms of the Year 2010,and been rated as Best Chinese Venture Capital Institution of the Year 2010, Active VC Firm of the Year 2010 and VC Exit Winner of the Year 2010 based on its excellent RMB fundraising and investing ability.
Recently, Chinese private equity market has undergone fast development. Its place in Chinese capital markets has been raised. From Zero2IPO’s China Venture Capital & Private Equity Ranking List of the Year 2010, CCB International Co., Ltd. ranked first among Top 30 Private Equity Firms and was rated as Best Private Equity Investment Firm of the Year 2010. Jiuding Capital Investment Co., Ltd. was rated as Active PE Firm of the Year 2010.
At the ceremony, awards of Top 10 Venture Capitalists of the Year 2010, Top 10 PE Investors of the Year 2010, Top 50 VC Firms of the Year 2010, Top 30 PE Firms of the Year 2010, Top 10 Overseas Listing Underwriters of the Year 2010 and Top 10 Domestic Listing Underwriters of the Year 2010 were announced.
By the end of this year, this ranking has been held for ten years. It has been concerned and recognized among the industry for fairness, independence and objectivity, and regarded as the reference of VC/PE investors. It sums up investment, management, financing and exit and other aspects with capital amount, new-acquired fund amount, investment case number, investment capital, exit case number and return level as reference, and is adjusted annually to reflect the actual situations of China’s VC and PE investment.
Zero2IPO expressed the goal of this event was to increase global counterparts’ understanding about Chinese VC and PE industries, and strengthen the cooperation between VC/PE and LP firms so as to make more enterprises successful.
