Upcoming GEM IPO of JD Capital-invested Dowell Technology

According to CSRC’s recent announcement, Sichuan Dowell Science and Technology Inc. (Dowell Technology), once invested by JD Capital, has been approved for its IPO and will soon release its schedule of IPO on Growth Enterprises Market (GEM).

Since its establishment, Dowell Technology has been engaged in developing domestic brands of leather chemicals, and focusing on the R&D, manufacturing and marketing of leather chemicals. For customers, Dowell Technology provides integrated solutions that meet various demands of leather manufacturing; for leather tanning companies, it provides leather chemicals as needed.

Dowell Technology has established specialized manufacturing and R&D bases in Sichuan and Shanghai and it has manufacturing capabilities of 4 categories, 17 subcategories and more than 200 products including clean tanning materials, leather auxiliaries, coating materials and colorant which cover the whole process of leather manufacturing, making Dowell one of the companies with the most complete range of leather chemicals and product series. At the same time, Dowell Technology has established sales channels in major domestic leather manufacturing bases, with market covering major bases of leather manufacturing and processing. Furthermore, Dowell Technology’s international market expansion is delivering results and its products have been sold to multiple countries and regions in Southeast Asia and Europe.

Concentrating on fine chemical industry, Dowell Technology now holds 9 patents of invention and 29 patents for utility model, and was accredited as “high and new technology enterprise” by the government. The “Dowell Workstation for academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering” and “Dowell Research Institute for National Engineering Laboratory for Clean Tanning Technology” are established within the company.
